You test the hired candidate's performance for 30 days and pay the recruitment fees only if satisfied with their work. This means you ONLY pay for the month if you’re fully satisfied, not before. Even better, our guarantee is not one, but TWO months: should you terminate the contract with the candidate for any reason within the second month, 31-60 days, you are eligible for a 50% refund.
Does it mean I do not pre-pay for the first month?

You can get a refund if you terminate the contract with a new hire within 60 days after the contract start, regardless of the reason.
